New orders keep asking for address and/or phone number

A new order or package upgrade will require you to fully enter residential/billing information for each order. In order to ensure that each new order autofills with the correct information, visit your profile details in the top menu shown here ad ensure that this information is poroperly filled out.:




Once completed, all new orders will autofill without you having to do each time.
